My third Louder Than Life and a hell of a weekend. Saw a couple dozen bands over 3 days. Day 2 (Friday) was cancelled due to weather, more on that below.

Friday Cancellation
Due to Hurricane Helene, they ended up cancelling the Friday performances for weather. Winds were gusting to around 50 MPH and it rained most of the day. Our hotel lost commercial power for a number of hours in the afternoon as well.
They were preparing to open the festival and run a reduced schedule. We started heading towards the festival, however, the passenger rear tire on my rental car blew out on I264. Rob and I changed the tire in approximately 5 minutes. Around that time is also the time the announcement was made that Friday was cancelled.
