A day off, so I drove all the way to Indianapolis, arriving around lunchtime. Hung out at Fry’s electronics for a few hours then got bored and drove around, eventually giving up and heading back north.
Storms fired just before dark, at which time I had already driven too far north to go after them. I was hanging out at the NWS Northern Indiana office and got to listen to the Indianapolis office issue tornado warnings and reports of tornado damage coming in from Rushville, IN.
Patience would have paid off this day.
